SIMULATING WHAT HAPPENS: THE DIGITAL FACTORY
In order to shorten development times and secure investments, we first plan everything virtually. For this, we create three-dimensional models of products and systems in the digital factory.
We integrate them to form a continuous process chain, simulate the material flow in real time, and control, test, verify and optimize it. The integration of new components and their interaction with existing systems can also be tested in this way, without causing long downtimes or loss of production. Even part of the real start-up can be brought forward to the world of digital modeling in this way.

SIMPLE CONTROLLERS FOR COMPLEX SYSTEMS
Particular expertise is required for the intelligent control of complex systems and the precise monitoring of critical process parameters. This requires the perfect coordination of the software of all system components – from the robot to the overall system.
We were quick off the mark to start developing solutions that make it possible to manage and exchange data efficiently and facilitate the modular integration of data on a single neutral platform. We place great importance on simple programming and user-friendly operator control.
FAULT-FREE PRODUCTION WITH INTELLIGENT SENSOR SYSTEMS
Vision systems and sensor technologies have a major role to play in the monitoring of processes: for example, intelligent camera systems check the position of a work piece and ensure that position tolerances are compensated before further processing is carried out.
In this way, faults can already be avoided during the production process. We select the appropriate sensor solutions and integrate them into the application.
OPTIMIZED MATERIAL FLOW
Naturally, at the design stage, we never take our eye off material flow and logistics.
We take shop structures into consideration, build the suitable system layout on the basis of efficient logistics and personnel concepts – as well as reachability and accessibility investigations – and integrate conveyor systems between the stations.
